Similarly, feedback in relation to where your expectations have not been met are also important to us. In the first instance, any grievance should be directed to the Strata Manager of your building as this can often quickly clarify and resolve any issues. However if you are not satisfied after speaking to your Strata Manager, rest assured that there are further avenues to progress your complaint which are outlined in the following document. We offer an after-hours contact number, in case of emergencies, tradespersons are on hand to attend to urgent repairs that require prompt action and cannot be delayed.
The after-hours emergency service is manned by an experienced strata professional. This representative is able to determine urgent and non-urgent jobs, ensuring that the strata scheme do not have to pay after hour rates for jobs which can be referred for normal business hours.
