Important Notes
- If the name on title on strata record does not match the name of the form author, we will contact you in due course to clarify authority to make the requested changes.
- If the email address nominated for issuing levies conflicts with a previously nominated email address for issuing notices (agendas/minutes), we will consider the levy email address as a secondary email address to avoid conflicts. Levies will be sent to both emails as a result.
- Property managers that use this form will be contacted to confirm the agency preferences as they are set up at a global level and not a per-lot basis.
