It is so nice to not have to worry or to have a sinking feeling when I think about the management of the property – for the first time since 2002!!! I know as I am going to read an email from Matthew (Strata Manager) – it will be just ‘For Your Information…’ and he will have already taken some action or dealt with an issue. You can probably hear my big sigh of relief over at your office!
It is like a breath of fresh air. Joe’s extensive knowledge enables him to provide valuable advice at our meetings, and comprehensive and accurate minutes are prepared and distributed promptly. Matters raised at meetings and by residents are followed up efficiently and without delay.
My only regret is that we didn’t make the decision to engage Conti Strata sooner.
A quick note to express how happy the Strata Committee is with the service we are receiving from Mario and Angela. It is so fabulous to have efficient, proactive and conscientious people looking after our strata/building affairs. Mario and Angela always get back to us promptly within the same day and we are also benefiting from using Conti’s service providers. We are very happy so far with the professional service we have received.
Conti Strata have never been anything but absolutely brilliant from the word go. The experience of having an enquiry answered almost immediately, EVERY SINGLE TIME, has been amazing. After nearly two years of having to continually chase up outstanding matters with our previous strata manager, I can’t believe my luck in having found an organisation as efficient, friendly and competent as Conti Strata.

I have just spoken with Giovanni Muratore from Conti Strata. I sold a property late last year where he was the Strata Manager and to be honest, I wouldn’t go past him.
He was proactive, reliable and if unable to answer his phone he called back within 15 minutes. This is not something you find very often unfortunately.
The Managing Director Joe Conti … runs a tight ship – which is so important when managing these properties.

I understand you manage Rachel Welch. I wanted to email you to bring your attention to the exceptional customer service I have been receiving from her.
I have recently moved into our property that Rachel is the strata manager for. We are undergoing renovations on the property, and have had to change the plans multiple times as to the extent of work that we are doing and the permissions required for that. The whole process has been quite overwhelming for us and we have had to liaise with the Conti office multiple times. Rachel not only got things done but she did it in an empathetic and communicative manner.
Rachel offered exceptional customer service in the form of communicating processes to me; internally dealing with who-ever she needed to in order to work towards the necessary outcomes, generally offering any information needed. No request was too big. Rachel’s handling of the situation was exemplary.

Good afternoon Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to pass on my gratitude and commendment to the level of customer service and commitment provided by one of your staff Sharni Roberts.
Over the past 2-3 months I had an outstanding item with regards to getting the replacement of my malfunctioning garage door approved by my strata committee. Sharni was very proactive in ensuring that this item would be resolved in the quickest time possible via the regular process.
Throughout this time she was able to guide me through the process seamlessly and followed up on a regular basis with the other committee members (and advising them of the appropriate actions required) as well as the three tradesperson who had provided quotes and their respective professional advice with regards to the need to replace my garage door.
Even when the work order had been issued to the preferred tradesperson, Sharni followed up with them up until the installation of my garage door to ensure the completion of the outstanding action.
Sharni’s professionalism as well as her proactive approach was reassuring to me knowing that this outstanding item can be resolved as effectively as possible.
