I understand you manage Rachel Welch. I wanted to email you to bring your attention to the exceptional customer service I have been receiving from her.
I have recently moved into our property that Rachel is the strata manager for. We are undergoing renovations on the property, and have had to change the plans multiple times as to the extent of work that we are doing and the permissions required for that. The whole process has been quite overwhelming for us and we have had to liaise with the Conti office multiple times. Rachel not only got things done but she did it in an empathetic and communicative manner.
Rachel offered exceptional customer service in the form of communicating processes to me; internally dealing with who-ever she needed to in order to work towards the necessary outcomes, generally offering any information needed. No request was too big. Rachel’s handling of the situation was exemplary.

I am writing to you to pass on my gratitude and commendment to the level of customer service and commitment provided by one of your staff Sharni Roberts.
Over the past 2-3 months I had an outstanding item with regards to getting the replacement of my malfunctioning garage door approved by my strata committee. Sharni was very proactive in ensuring that this item would be resolved in the quickest time possible via the regular process.
Throughout this time she was able to guide me through the process seamlessly and followed up on a regular basis with the other committee members (and advising them of the appropriate actions required) as well as the three tradesperson who had provided quotes and their respective professional advice with regards to the need to replace my garage door.
Even when the work order had been issued to the preferred tradesperson, Sharni followed up with them up until the installation of my garage door to ensure the completion of the outstanding action.
Sharni’s professionalism as well as her proactive approach was reassuring to me knowing that this outstanding item can be resolved as effectively as possible.
