Conti Strata – Introducing Our New Name & Look
After 14 years, we’re releasing an updated company name, which includes a new logo, colours and font.
Conti Property Group will now be known as Conti Strata.
Our shiny new look will be on public display on our website, Facebook, offices and communications.
Managing Director Joe Conti reflects “Since our founding in 2003, we have worked tirelessly to build an enviable reputation in the strata industry amongst clients, industry peers and contractors as first and foremost, professional, forward- thinking Strata Managers. It was time to more directly communicate through our name what it is we do best and what it is we love to do… Strata! Our design goal was to better match how we look to our values and the clients we serve.”
It soon became apparent through this evolutionary process that it was not only our name which needed a change to better communicate our purpose but also our logo design. The sleek lines of the new logo are consistent with the streamlined strata processes which our skilled team continually develop and utilise to deliver excellence in strata management. The new logo mirrors our business principles; clean lines replicating our transparent, open, contemporary and innovative management style. The building image leaves no doubt as to what our focal point is… the continual appreciation of your property investment!
Popular consensus kept the eye-catching and identifiable colours of red and blue from our previous logo with the addition of grey to the word Strata to highlight our expertise.
One thing that won’t be changing is our team’s commitment to optimum customer service backed up with our experience and knowledge of the latest strata legislation; we will continue to be proactive in the delivery of solutions to the most complex strata situations.
